PET Heat Transfer DTF Film With Hot Melt Powder
Heat transfer film is a type of medium material in the heat transfer process.
DTF( Digital to PET Film Printing) is a new type of process that prints ink on a transfer film by using hot melt powder and PET film as a transfer medium to transfer the ink to clothing.
Technical Process:
1. Digital printing ( first CMYK, then White)
2. Hot melt powder dusting
3. Shaking powder
4. Dry (140- 150℃ for 3-5 minutes)
5. Press( 150-160℃/ 10-15 seconds)
